Recommendations for good behavior therapists/psychiatrists for ADHD/ODD in Seattle area

Can someone recommend good BT/psychiatrists in the Seattle area that takes insurance and can help with behavior issues. I have a 7yo son who is disruptive at school and exhibits very obnoxious behavior when at home (constantly making noises, tantrums, whining, and really challenging when it comes to homework). We really want to find someone who can work with him and help us deal with these behaviors but it seems like all the professionals I've found online with PhD and years of experience in this field have private practices and don't work with insurances, so you have to pay out of pocket. Please advise. Thank you!
