My 14 yr old struggles to focus, memory issues.

I recently attended an online parent forum for hallowelltodaro.com which are free. They don't take insurance but have lots of info online. Also, try speaking w school counselors who know of local parent support groups or start one up yourself on social media.

Can I reccomend ADDitude.com, I get daily emails with articles about all aspects relaring to ADHD but there are always lots of articles around learning strategies, helping children concentrate, focus and acheive more for themselves. Its a very good resource and I can wholeheartedly say without them I would not have taken the steps to seek a definitive diagnosis as quickly as I did. I hope you and your daughter find it helpful too. Also, it may be an idea to watch the "How to ADHD" channel videos on Yo×××be, the channel is run by Jessica Mcabe and provides insightful short videos about specific problems for ADHDers and usually has somekind of strategy to help added in ))) She is an inspiration and her TED talk was excellent.Wishing you both all the best,
