Online Parent Meetings?

MomofMotorTastic profile image

Looking for online live parent support meetings. The local chapter meeting is from 7-9 and I'm a single working mom and that will be hard to swing. Just thought, in this day and age with covid-era, an online meeting seems possible somewhere. Anyone have any leeds? I just joined CHADD, have a wonderful and very intense 9 year old child and looking for community.

Thanks!! 💗👍

Dr. Dan Shapiro, Parent Child Journey, has a free virtual parent support group on Mondays 1pm. You can visit his web site to learn more and sign up. It’s been very helpful as additional resource.

A great FREE resource are the CHADD groups formed on the Meetup AppThere are several chapters from all over the country, offering virtual support groups. You need not live in the area to become a member. These groups often have professionals in the field as guest speakers. Just downloaded the meetup app on your phone and search adhd parent support:)

You can try the Finding Focus group, it's online. Here's the info: Next Finding Focus Session is 5/20/22 at 12pm ET!

Friendly reminder that our next Zoom virtual support and encouragement session will be on Friday, May 20. The session will last from 12 pm-1 pm EDT.

For more information, please check us out on IG at findingfocus_adhd or on FB at Finding Focus: ADHD Families. DM with any questions!
