Looking for an ADHD coach for a female college student

Hi, I am a new user and I am hoping for some suggestions. My daughter has recently been diagnosed and she is going to college next year and we are trying to find a female ADHD coach she can check in with bimonthly or monthly. Does anyone have any recommendations or a place to look? She is highly motivated but will need some structure and I know she will not want it to be from us. Thank you in advance.

I am in same boat. My daughter was diagnosed last year when she started struggling with school with remote learning as Sophomore in HS.

She doesn’t have much motivation, structure. She has high goals. But she struggles daily. Complains about being very tired mentally.

She is not any medication.

I always worry about her. As Mom I feel very helpless.

Hello there, I was diagnosed w/ADHA/ADD/OCD...you name it! (Plus cancer). I am NO doctor but I know it can be very hard. I am 54. Ups & downs. And ANXIETY all go hand and hand for some reason. I have been in nursing for over 22 years and worked in many rehabs as well. I am pretty familiar with all these terrifying/embarrassing/anxious/and the MOST IMPORTANT...Please, please, please do not forget depression (@ times suicidal ideations)!!! Watch your kids behaviors, please take them to a mental and/or health physician LIKE YESTERDAY! I am helping my son with WHOM HAS ALL of MY lovely traits to leave him with.
