Anyone else have a three year old diagnosed recently with ADHD and possibly autism if so what have you done that has helped?

Getting evaluated by OT, Speech, and a developmental pediatrician are good first steps. Each of these professionals can further point you in the right direction. Becoming familiar with positive parenting and ABA techniques (use of visual daily routines, first you do this and then you get that, positive reinforcement, planned ignoring, etc) is also very helpful, as some more typical parenting techniques can cause defiance and anxiety in some high functioning kids. Many good postings on here with lots of info from others in your shoes. Welcome!
