Just hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday. If you celebrate, enjoy. If you don't enjoy. This is a time to let go and not stress.. our kids will get older and gain maturity which helps.
Hope today can be stress free for everyone.
It is wonderful to be part of a community with a common bond. We will travel together and when we need it , we can support each other. Eat.. drink.. and be merry.
Best wishes!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone! Thank you Onthemove1971! We must fully accept our experiences to unlock the key to peace. Let them be what they are. Look for something to be grateful for in your life (for one, you are alive if you’r reading this!) —- the thing to be grateful for might be hiding, but it’s there and when you find it, it will affect your perspective and wellbeing. I had to let a lot of what I do for the holidays go this year as I deal with ailing family members. When healthy boundaries are managed and grace is extended to others, special moments are revealed! Wishing you all a Happy New Year!
Thanks and best wishes to you too! Thanks for everyone here - being able to read other's questions and journeys and ask my own questions and get feedback has been a light in a sometimes-dark tunnel! I posted this thought on FB and wanted to share with you all too:
This morning had me pondering the way that vastly different emotions often co-exist: joy and grief, gratitude and longing. My daughter misread a card this morning as “Messy Christmas.”
Isn’t that the truth? Aside from the litter-strewn floors under the tree and sinks full of dirty dishes, I know for many of us, Christmas is emotionally messy.
So, sending a hug and a wink out to all my friends who are having a Messy Christmas. May you find and savor all the good amid that smorgasbord of feelings! ❤️🎄❤️
