Consult with a psychologist or therapist for help in addressing the issue. It may be that only one parent follows the recommendations but it is a start.
What Elijah said! The best schedule is a consistent one across households. If the parents can’t agree on their own, then an outside counsel can hopefully set something up both can follow.
