Where does someone start searching for an adhd Coach?

Hi! I found a coach for my son online doing a search for executive functioning coach. There are lots of options out there depending on the age of the person being coached and whether you want the coach to meet him in-person or online. My 17 year old son with ADHD started working with a coach this summer and it’s very helpful but it takes time before you see results. It has really helped reduced the level of stress related to managing his ADHD. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions. Good luck!

Thank you. I have also heard results take time, but usually worth it. My grandson is 10 and i hope after interviewing coaches it will help with this age student.

I am new to this HealthUnlocked. I am an ADHD Coaching for females 18 and older. For anyone younger, I would HIGHLY recommend CAROLINE MCQUIRE! She is amazing with children and teens. She has a book coming out in a few weeks and it can be pre-ordered on Amazon. Hope that helps.
