brief survey on ADHD

I am in a masters program where I am taking a class in Educational Technology. I am doing my project on using technology to support ADHD students, their parents, and their teachers. This is the first of 2 (possibly 3) surveys for the project. If you have time I'd really appreciate if you could complete this survey.

Hello, I opened it, but I'm afraid my son is recently diagnosed and while he receives some in classroom accommodations nothing is official yet, so I backed out of the survey. I wondered if it would be helpful in your survey to find out the age of the person with ADHD mainly because I'm not sure what technological supports a 7 year old would get.
