So proud of my daughter.

Sorry, haven't been on here much lately.

I don't know what changed (or clicked) in my daughter. She was on time to School 9 of the 10 (only 1 minute late last Friday) days in the last 2 weeks. She got C in English and D in Math last quarter. She refused to do work several times at school last quarter. Teacher hasn't mentioned anything to me yet this quarter. So far she has an A in Math & English. I am so proud.

Still wearing the same clothes everyday and not doing homework yet. Small steps. School doesn't really seem concerned with the homework but the tardies were getting so bad that they were about to send a truancy officer to our house. So hopefully we turned a new leaf on tardiness.

Wow! It's so good to hear a success story! Thanks for sharing! I hope you and your daughter are both celebrating your efforts and hard work that led to this. Even if it seemed like it happened suddenly, I'll bet it was months or years of effort.
