I'm a newbie! My son daydreams or stares out while he eats. Does anyone else have this issue? Also, my son avoids eye contact when speaking to people. I've been told that is an anxiety issue that he needs to overcome. Also, he does have small tics when he gets stressed. Has anyone experience these issues and any advice? Any meds have helped with these types of issues?
All and anything is welcomed! Thank you!

My son did not make eye contact for many years. It would seem like he was ignoring or looking past the person speaking. He is now 6 and I think this has gotten better. My son ducks his upper lip when he is anxious. It will leave his lip sore and I have to use Lansinoh to clear it up it gets so bad. He is on Focalin and Guanfacine now which have seemed to help.
