Today while Sean was doing his exercises, I was given instructions on his diet plan. Instead of diving all in, they guide us to do it a bit at a time. The first week will be concentrating in excluding any processed foods from his diet, specifically snacks. They asked that the second week we slowly begin to exclude sugars gluten and dairy products beginning with breakfast then the lunch and at the end of the week incorporating dinner as well. This way we do not remove all foods at once from every meal and not overwhelming the child. I have to admit I am a bit nervous about it because I know it will be difficult but I am sure that we can make this happen.
