Hi Kimberly. Thanks for reaching out. I have four boys, three with ADHD. My boys love sports, my oldest loves Spanish and is an avid reader, and my youngest hopes to one day own his own restaurant and find a way to help the homeless. My two middle sons love soccer and video games.
Hi all! I have a 10 year old boy who is suspected to have ADD have not tested. He shows signs of anxiety and depression and is in advanced classes. I met with his teacher and we came up with a few things to help like fidgeting with magnets, taking breaks, going out to do some pushups, ...We have started an ADD workbook at home and he goes to a focus group at school. My youngest boy is 6 and shows signs of anxiety but is doing better as he adjusts to school.
I ordered CALM for them the other day; hoping this supplement will help with focus and anxiety and uplift mood.
Looking forward to meeting parents here and learning more strategies to help my kiddos.
