Tomorrow is my sons IEP meeting and I’m upset with everyone. Principal, school psychiatrist to his teacher. Not a good thing! Trying to keep it together & keep it cool so no heads r rolling, lol. So Help me God!!! 😝 keep reminding myself - my son Needs this (more than me).

Good luck!!. Make a list if all your concerns and don't back down, don't take know for an answer. Although I though our rip meeting went well, I didn't give them the letter requesting nd 504 plan like our Dr. suggested. Now I have to send the letter anyway cause he said he would benefit from it from a medical stand point.

I didn't have any issues when his mother was in school and had to go through this process.

The struggle is real.

I agree. Make a list of what you want to have in his plan. Don't let them talk you out of things that you want. Easy to be intimidated by them.
