Hello all, I'm new to this and am looking for support and helpful information to help my family and I. My husband's family are all ADD, my husband and my oldest son who is 12 about to be 13 are both ADD/HD. And now my youngest son is starting to show a few signs of ADD as well. Nothing too serious yet. I feel like the only one in a family full of people that suffer from ADD/HD. I'm stressed, frustrated and worry for my oldest. Who also suffers from just about everything that goes with ADHD. So I am looking forward to any and all help I can find! I want to be as understanding & helpful as I can. Any and all resources, tips, etc... are welcomed here! Thanks.

Russell Barkley has 2 books - Taking Charge of ADHD and Taking Charge of Adult ADHD - which can be helpful. On the net, the National Resource Center on ADHD at help4adhd.org is a good source for information (it is funded by government, not drug company, money). Check if you have a local CHADD chapter to meet other families.
