Looking for a disability law attorney that works on a contingency basis please help

My son is 14 he has been diagnosed by his neuropsychologist with ADHD/ODD , Tourette , Anxiety disorder, fetal alcohol syndrome and xebteral nervous system disorder .

We are struggling to get him educated. We are in a legal battle with his school. They have hired an attorney Lisa Arbogast. We need an attorney. Does anyone know of a special education/ disability attorney who works in a contingency basis we could call? We live in Utah . Please help!!
