Hello everyone I am mother and my son has ADHD! He was diagnosed at 4. I am very happy that I found a community where other people have a child or children with ADHD. I feel SO alone sometimes and embarrassed. Over the years I have learned to cope with this and help my some adapt in school. My son is a very sweet child and smart. He does very well in school and he isn't a behavior problem. When he was younger he had a lot of complaints about his behavior, but he has come a long way. I am happy to meet everyone and please share any thoughts or questions you have 🤗

Hello! I just signed up today. I have a 7 year old that was just diagnosed with ADHD, mood disorder, and anxiety. How old is your child? I also feel alone and it is good to see that I am not. What has worked for you to control meltdowns, the arguing, name calling, and freak outs? I am at a loss on what to do. I am tired. I have tried everything possible it seems like. It just makes it worse. I am a college student, part time worker, and I have 3 other children. Yes their father is in the picture. He helps me, but we are both at a loss.
