Hypercoagulability and auto-immune disease?

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has noticed that those of us with Factor V also tend to have high platelet numbers and auto-immune diseases like Raynauds or PBC?

Has anyone seen a formal link in research?

I have Factor V and have no idea about my platelet numbers. I'm on Eliquis for life, I know it thins blood differently than coumadin or warfarin, but haven't spend the time understanding how.

I have chronic pain issues that all started since my last DVT 4 years ago, and since starting Xarelto, then Eliquis.

I've had books worth of tests and nothing is coming up, so they are just saying I have widespread myofascial disease or fibro. I have OLP (an autoimmune disease) and have polymytosis and Raynauds and mixed connective tissue disorder in my family pool as well. There is probably some connection.
