Disaster Sunday!
Started my walk today, beautiful day! Enjoying nature and surrounding country roads in which I live. Noticed two buzzards flying really low, circling above me admiring the markings on their feathers....absolutely beautiful! Next minute I fell off the curb into the road, my ankle gave way, smashed my knee and phone!!! So much for my attempts at my new walking regime. Now can't walk at all!
Hey, 6 pints and a Chinese has got to be better. No more walking for me for a while!

It sounds like you had a good talking to yourself and that you acknowledged something went not quite the way it should have. It often doesn’t as life gets in the way sometimes .
