Still plodding along, but at least I'm still moving π 74% complete and I have a great incentive this month as I'm raising money for Wales Air Ambulance by walking 10 miles during January.
Still stuffy, breathless, coughing like a drain, and fatigued, but it will go in time as it always does eventually π
Covid and vaccinations have a lot to answer for, but I can't change it so I'm just doing my best to do what I can πͺ

It's ghastly, and on top of long Covid it's truly debilitating π
However, I am doing my best to keep going as much as I can as I have found the more I give in to it the worse it seems to be. I'm not one of those who improves with rest as lots of people with post-viral fatigue do......I have to be different as my mother always used to remind me ππ
Thank you for your kindness π Hopefully we will both be up and at them again soon π€π€π€
One step at a time.. itβs funny what small incentives can keep us going. You have had lots of postcards working well for you, and I guess charity fundraising helps both sides. At this time of year the weather and illnesses make it so hard to be motivated but you seem to be doing really well.
One day at a time. It's been truly horrible here today, so once Harry Potter has finished I have a date with the treadmill...........I might even try a little Week 5 run..............or perhaps not!
Slowly but surely! And take it easy if you need to. I find it sometimes itβs harder to stop doing something than to follow that drive and get out there. To know the difference, at which time your body needs which, is surprisingly difficult,
Thank you ππ Funnily enough, fatigue took over and I've slept for two hours, so no treadmill and another try tomorrow.
I think I'd feel better if this incessant rain just stopped for a while. It's been literally 13 days now since we had a dry day here and it's starting to wear me down. I do get out every day with Monroe, but there's not an ounce of joy in it π
