Day out in Deal.

We had a little trip out yesterday and went to Deal in Kent. Beautiful sunshine and hardly a cloud in the sky. We walked along the beach front after having a lovely lunch. I had my normal step counter on rather than my sports one but I decided to put it into to GPS mode to track our walk. I don’t use this one in GPS. very frequently. As we walked it logged off the KM’s and it was a very slow pace for us but we consoled ourselves with the fact we had had a big lunch and we were walking on pebbles, that would be bound to slow us down a bit, by the time we got to the car we hit the 5km mark. Last night as I synced my watch up I looked at our walk and saw we had done 8km, I had only forgotten that I had changed that watch to miles 😂😂😂, so not too shabby a walk after all. 😀.

I can't think in miles at all. Good for you for being able to work out both distances.

Hehe I can’t either, we honestly thought it was a really tough 5km until my Garmin synced with the app and it converted from miles into km’s😂😂😂. I have tried going to miles but I really don’t like it.
