Sad at failing to beat this poor eating lifestyle and want to change it with support from people who understand.

Hi there ollio - it's hard isn't it? I have that battle too, although since I joined the Active 10 programme things have changed a lot. Just over a year ago I made the decision to change my life - and it hasn't been easy! I can't explain it, but since taking up walking I've found it much easier to eat sensibly and I've not only got fitter, but I've lost about 45lbs over the course of the year! Slow and steady is the name of the game! Good luck!

Kay50 - excellent results for you, well done 45lbs! I love my walking it's good for the 'sole,' always uplifting and get the positive endorphins going. 🚶

Great news on getting out for your walk, well done. I find it helps me with my mood. I love walking with my favourite tunes. Do you like peace and quiet or taking something to listen to with you?

both......i had my daughter today who is 19 so I didn`t get peace today lol
