Should one trust a biopsy and/or post RP pathology G3 or G4?

In October 2018, My 12 core prostate biopsy came back with three adencarcinoma cores at 25% and 15% G3 on one side of gland. Second look at same material by another hospital said 3 cores at 5, 15, and 30 % G3 and G4, with one core on other side of prostate gland. No other involvement found.

February 28 2019, Post robotic RP pathology found 10% of prostate samples cancerous, 90% of that cancer tissue was G3 and 10% G4, including the one focal margin of .04 mm. I might send the prostate material to another pathologist to confirm since the amount of G4 seems quite small. Any thoughts or guidance on my intention? Thanks
