Back and neck pain

Hi, I've had back and neck pain for about a year now. Had scans etc, all clear. I don't want to take co codamol long term and can't take ibuprofen as I get oesophagitis.

Great your scans are clear but doesn’t get to the root of why you are experiencing pain full stop. What about CRP complex regional pain or a Bulging disc? With regards to co-codamol i’ve Been taking it for over five years main side affects constipation and a bit tired that’s about it. Maybe talk to your go about alternatives! Good luck!
