facial palsy leaving ptosis

I wrote facial palsy as on side face dropped followed by weakness and multitude of symptoms. bells was ruled out after twice treatment but weak brow muscle and muscles in general but with fluctuating ptosis. I just wonder if facial palsy would cause remnant symptoms such as fluctuating ptosis or other weakness or facial swelling as im at a loss. thankyou in advance
