Sorry I can’t help here. I had gamma knife and now have an Oticon, but I haven’t experienced any issues. You might still be readjusting from your surgery? Perhaps speak to your consultant? Hope it gets better for you.

Hi Bob,

I just got confirmation of 1 cm AN. How big was your tumor. Where did you go for treatment. I’m still shaking as I write this. I see you opted for Gamma knife.

I went to National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery. Had gamma knife in 2014 under Mr Kitchen. Can’t honestly remember how big it was. It’s kidney shaped and around 1cm at its longest I recall? Not massive, but grew continually from diagnosis in 2009. Hope all is well with you and you’re not worrying too much.

Give your clinical nurse specialist a call. They’ll be able to put your mind at rest and/or do something about it.

Doubt it is the hearing aid....check with the nurse/surgeon. Good luck.
