Hi my first post at 65. My vestibular neuroma is just 7mm but I have almost continuous low energy and dizziness starting every afternoon and a slight temperature every evening. This occurs regularly and lasts for more than a month at a time for the last 3 years. Multiple blood tests reveal nothing.
Any thoughts?

Hi Trevor, I wonder if it’s part of the chronic fatigue that some people with acoustic neuromas experience? Do you listen to your body and have a sleep/rest in the afternoon before your symptoms kick in? And if so, does that help when you do and get worse if you don’t? Hope you can find a way to manage it, must be very annoying!
( PS Like Kristyll below, I have never seen anyone comment on having a high temperature on any of the forums regarding AN, only in relation to chronic fatigue)
Hi Trevor - I'm 34 and have a very similar AN size to you. I have also had similar problems with dizziness and fatigue usually in the afternoon (but these come and go) currently I'm not going through a flare up and it's like my AN isn't there. But I went recently went through about 2 months of feeling tired/fatigued/dizzy/headache everyday. Afternoon naps really helped me. It's been extremely tough. I do not however have a fever so that is a new one!
I would just make sure that you listen to your body, if it needs to sleep, let it sleep - if you are dizzy just relax, pop the tele on or try and read a book or something. Stress for me makes my symptoms worse, and I try and not think about it and I try to exercise as much as I can (however if I overdo it makes the fatigue worse).
