Eye twitch below eye post op 6 yrs

Hello recently covered from covid after that I face twitch below the eye and above upper lips neuro prescribe some med for 1 mth again after stopping medicine twitch below eye started is someone got this post covid or post op for AN

Hi I didn't have a AN but a Cyst in my Petrius Apex (the hole in the base of your scull) this cyst was pushing onto my facial nerves making my right eye and and right side of my mouth to go into spasm for around 90 seconds 8-10 times a day. After my first surgery it stopped for a month then came back. I am now one week post second op and all seems well now. Hope this helps you

Thanks for the reply does treating this cause u any facial palsy as I am post op of AN already have Bell palsy on AN side that side twitching is there above lips and under eye will see neuro soon. Hope all goes well.

Hi no I have no palsy just a little loss of taste and reduced feeling in my right eye, I use eye lubrication all the time . I hope this helps you and wish you well with your recovery.

I also use eye lubrication post OP as no tears in eye since treated OP will update after dr consultation
