Neck spasms

I am an old (82) a n patient. My op to remove three tumours was in 1987. More recently I have had Glomus Tympanium tumour diagnosed on the other side (right) of my skull. I am having painfully neck cramps about four times a week. My gp doesn't think the two are related. Any views please.Keith

Keith:

You might try deep neck and head massages. If there are painful spots (little lumps) they are trigger points due to fatigued neck/head muscles. See pages 58 & 59 of the "Trigger Point Therapy Workbook...3rd edition". If you don't have it, you can get it at the following link:

amazon.com/s?k=trigger+poin...

I hope that this helps,

Dean
