Hi, just wondering if anyone else has found a reduction in labido after being diagnosed with a A.N , I had gamma knife 10 months ago and now just don't get the urge anymore, I'm 54 Male

The urge dies wit age, although you are young yet.

If you have balance problems and head pain due to it, the urge is not the first thing on your mind. Use the following exercises if you are having balance/pain problems:
