Hello...AN removal in September by surgery size of tumor 3.4 left size.....paralysis on left side almost recover...no tears in left eyes no hearing left side pain on and off left side

Yes now I have pain in opposite ear is there any chance AN in opposite side too?

The left and right cranial nerves don't come together so it is improbable that a left AN affects the right side. There seems to be something else going on.
