To everyone who has blogged, asked or answered a question here - a big THANK YOU.

When we launched this site we didn't know what reaction it would get. Fortunately, it's been positive and we want as many people who have experienced depression, anxiety, bi-polar, etc, to keep supporting the site.

Here at Journeys Toward Recovery, we are working hard to support people living with depression (and their families and friends) and removing the stigma associated with this debilitating illness.
