Don't feel myself

Hey this is my first time doing one of these but I need help. I feel like there's something wrong with me but I can't describe it, I get a lot of sleep but I'm tired and when I do go to sleep it takes me awhile as I can't stop thinking and stressing. I don't know what's wrong with me but I feel like I haven't slept in days and I feel as I'm in my body but I have a sickness or something mentally. Can I have answers or a little help..?

Hi. Sorry to hear about your struggles.

It’s good you reached out here..

Take it a step further and reach out to medics who can help you with finding out what you need to make you feel better.

You deserve to feel better and I’m sure with help you can.

Welcome to the forum, I’ve learnt a lot from here and it helps to write things down..

Good wishes, hope you can reach out for some help from your doc soon xx

Hi Beokayy, welcome to the forum first of all - I'm sure you'll find it useful as did I... The next step, as Olivia40 has advised is I think to speak to a doctor... Maybe it would help to keep a diary while you wait to see one and write down times you encounter trouble, what it is and how you feel... As simple as this may sound have you tried vitamins? I've been feeling really short on energy, achey just not myself then a friend said she'd felt similar to me when she had a vitamin D deficiency, I tried taking vitamins D3 and Vitamins B12 and the difference is massive! More energy, more alert I really feel it has given me the kick up the arse I was looking for... I am also taking mirtazapine (15mg) propranolol (20mg) as and when needed and am waiting to see a psychologist to get to the bottom of the mental health issues. Bottom line: if you don't ask, you'll never find out. Best of luck and if in doubt post here there's always someone willing to help!
