I know being single is what's best for me especially at the moment. I have fibro, depression, a teenager autistic son and a problem with my mum I really need to sort. There's always a but lol I miss having someone just to exchange the day with and having that little feeling that there's someone who fancies you. Need to shake it off. Any ideas. X

hi I have depression/anxiety my son is also autistic.maybe you could take up some hobbies to take your mind off the depression for part of the day.even go out maybe once a month to socialise.if your happy enough being single then great but you could even go on a couple of dates also.
