I am always reading the Fibroaction and Anxiety UK forums (as they are relevant to me of course) but I also have bipolar disorder and there isn't a forum for that. I keep checking this one and there's been no blogs/questions for ages. It's a shame.

Why is this such a quiet forum?

Hi there, Yes, it has been quiet lately. We are hoping to start pushing more info out on here very soon. Please bare with us. Thanks, Journeys
Thanks for replying so quick! I was just looking at your website and was thinking how good it is, people are possibly getting lots of good info on there. Thanks again
I came across the actionondepression blog site first and made friends there which is why I hardly ever write here, perhaps that's true for other people too as the other one is first in the list - maybe they should both have a not to indicate their location and that there is another site for the other location?
You're welcome. We have recently appointed a volunteer PR and Comms specialist and she will be developing our communications tools to get more out of them, including this site and also Twitter. Regards, Journeys
Glad to hear there are plans to improve this community
Im also part of a few others
Oh yes it was under 'd' !
I think it may be the name as it's less clear what the Forum is for. I tend to use Action on Depression as that's the one that comes to mind when I'm depressed.
Yes I tend to use the AOD forum as there are more people there. I did post a few months ago on AOD and Anxiety UK to let people know they could (and how to ) join other communities on the site, im not sure everyone actually knew! But of course there are lots of people popping in an out so not everyone will have seen it. I hope you find some comfort in one of the forums x
Just saw this sasays - thanks for letting people know how to join other HU communities - over here at team HealthUnlocked we really appreciate that
Hi, many people with bi-polar use the depression uk website and blogs on healthunlocked. Suex
Hi
I go on the actionondepression blog on this website and because I came across that one first I made friends there, this one is just as good it's just that fewer people seem to use it despite the other one being for Scotland and most of the people living in England - that suggest ii's due to the way they are listed on the website - it's not clear that the first one for depression is for Scotland.
I'll try to write more on this blogsite.
