Angry all the time

For the past month or so I'm finding I'm angry all the time. I hate myself more everyday. When I'm angryallthetime I say horrible things to my loved ones. I become more and more depressed. It's eating me up inside. Why why why

I am sorry to hear you are having a difficult time.

Anger can be such a strong emotion. When we are angry we can say things that we do not mean to those we love. If this continues it can have a negative effect on our self-esteem which can lead to depression.

If you think your anger is becoming a problem I suggest you make an appointment to talk to your GP if you are in the UK.
