I have pulled out hair and eyelashes for 40 years, and finally realise it is all about self soothing, and so this last 6 months I attached feather to my hair like extensions, they are colourful and make me feel happy, and are so tactile I have not pulled out hair for 3 months a first, if you pull out hair try it out
