This is my first post so please bear with me. I've been suffering from depression since the end of 2014 and I seem to have more good days then bad days. Today I feel like I've nothing to aim for and can't face talking to anyone. I felt this for the last couple of weeks so haven't been to work, I have had a kill cold and an ear infection which has just compounded the problem. I really want to feel like I've achieved something this year but as I have had more bad days then good days I think I'll remember the year as being crap.

hi.ive just read your post.have you been to your doctor.when we get the flu its easy to get down with life.ive suffered depression for many of years.its good to stay active and work through it but if it keeps up then you should see your doctor.hope you get better.
Thank you for the reply. I've been to doctors and have had a round of counselling. At the minute I feel much better and I'm trying to stay active as much as possible. Hope you've had a good day
