sometimes i do get confused making decisions yes or no, even simplest of decisions stop me in my tracks. i deal with it by taking a step back and seeing the merits. if its a day out shopping and you have nothing to do then its no harm, enjoy the company, or the nice weather. if its a DIY job even though you do know what you're doing then ask just to confirm. if you're deciding what to cook, then make that decision and execute it, think of it as the fun factor of cooking and experimenting, if it don't work out don't take it to heart, laugh it off and see where you went wrong and try again. i made cookies one day, they are burnt and solid and i wouldn't even feed them to a dog, but i pushed myself to try again late that night, used the motivation that they were for my dearest friend and they were perfect, even she liked them. so never give up when you've made a decision. stick with it and see it through. if goes wrong don't let it put you down
I do, especially social decisions. I have GAD so even getting on a different bus than usual is hard. As such, meeting people for outings isn't easy. And yet I worry if I don't go that'll cause problems too. A lack of sleep doesn't help, either.
