For the past several months I have had to wait an extra week to restart Ibrance because of low neutrophils with a 3 on and 2 off schedule. My PA at the cancer center changed my schedule to 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off to help with the low neutrophils. Was wondering why I couldn’t do the 3 on and 2 off as a standard schedule for me. That is basically what I am doing now. I am on 75 mg. Any suggestions or comments?
