I need help!

I need help! My Ph was unbalanced so i bought OTC tablets called vagimoist from ratiopharma. After two days of using it my discharge looks like this. I have a little burning and itching but not severe. Does anyone have an idea what it might be? Before using the tablets my discharge looked kind of like this, but not nearly as bad as it is now. The photo show how much got on my finger after one swipe. It barely has any smell, might be a yeast infection? It feels very dry

I think it's dry dead skin because you're dry. Rephresh does that too. I buy the moisturizer & it helps after using it for awhile. Have you had your estrogen checked?

No i havent had it checked but im on the pill, could that make my estrogen low?

Make an appointment with your doctor, this could be Thrush or a different vaginal disorder, it’s likely treatment would be prescribed.
