Pregnant implantion bleeding

Hello I have had bleeding only when I wipe after a wee for the past week I rang epu up and they said because of this covid 19 they ain’t bringing anyone in unless life or death really and they said it could be implantion bleeding I am 6 weeks+1 day I have made the decision to ring me own doctor and ask for blood they don’t do Vagina ultrasound at my doctors I don’t know what the next steps are anyone who has had this please give me any advice thankyou

I would like to say this is very very poor of your local EPU dept. I would call your GP surgery and ask to speak to the community midwife or a GP. Bleeding can be very common in early pregnancy. I bled in pregnancy with implantation bleeding.... You called always try calling a different EPU department or presenting yourself to the emergancy dept if you are very concerned. I don't think EPU should have presumed even if this is the likelyhood.

Another thing.... And it is wrong for you to have to lie and I am so sorry for even saying this but say you have got very very very bad tummy pain as well, that way they will have no choice but to check you out incase it is appendicitis or anything else. I feel bad for giving you that advice but if your concerned no hospital should be turning you away!!!!
