Hi I have rheumatoid arthritis , this year I have been diagnosed with Diverticulitis has anybody got any advice I am avoiding pips of any kind and tomatoes etc thank you x

I also have it, but no one told me to avoid any food groups.. and I suffer badly from bloating and have to take senokat every night. I'm on different meds for a few medical issues but have not been given anything for this. I know my father had it very badly at the end of his life so I don't know if it goes through families I've been trying to find out.

Thank you carol , I am the only one in my family who has it , it was when I had my colonoscopy done that they advised me to stay clear of pips and nuts ,
