Missed period?

Hi all!!

So I have missed my period (it's happened before when I had an ovarian cyst) and I am also trying to conceive. The pregnancy test I took at 6 days late was negative and I don't feel like I could be pregnant but I am confused and fed up because along with the missed period I am also getting over cystitis and thrush.

How likely is it that this could be 'just' a missed period? Or another ovarian cyst? Or pregnancy that just isn't showing up yet? I'm looking for symptoms of another cyst (I also have endometriosis so am wary of endometrial cysts) but I have my usual endo pain and cramping like I might come on.

Seeking any advice or similar experiences if people have gone through the same!

I didn’t test positive for 10 days after what I classed as my period start date.. I also constantly felt like I was about to come on. Crossing my fingers for you!

Thank you!! I'll keep them crossed too and try another test before I rule it out completely!

I would go to your GP and ask for a pregnancy blood test to see if it could be that. A blood test is the best way to determine early pregnancy. If it isn’t that then your dr needs to refer you to see a specialist xx
