Lump under breast

I’m 28 weeks pregnant and today I went to doctors as I have what I think is a painful lump right under the breast. It’s in a tricky place and hard to find but I do find it n it’s painful to touch. Couldn’t see a doctor but saw a clinical prescriber who felt it I felt the pain but she just said she couldn’t feel anything n that it was my ribs. I can still feel something I can’t stop feeling it I feel anxiety about going to doctors so going back to be told it’s nothing worries me I don’t wanna feel like I’m wasting their time. Anyone had similar experiences?

I had what my friend amusingly calls "cysty tits" after breastfeeding. It was removed & found to be benign, & at the time put down to hormonal changes. It might just be your breasts preparing to lactate or your bra rubbing awkwardly as they expand, but if you're still concerned, mention it when you next see your doctor for a routine check up or when you attend antenatal clinic. If you're worried, & there's lots to worry about during pregnancy, they shouldn't brush off your concerns.

🙂 A few years ago, I found a lump. In the morning when I showered there had been no sign, but in the evening it was obvious. But I had no pain or discomfort. You need peace of mind with all the hormonal changes going on, make an appointment with your doctor🙂
