I have always struggled with controlling my anger. I fly off the handle at the slightest things and hurt those around me. I regret it later on but can not control my outbursts

Does anyone have any advice please

Thanks

Try to control yourself while feeling angry. Slowly you can change your anger.

I guess the first step would be to remove yourself from the situation if possible, or just pausing (the count to 10 idea) until you feels bit calmer, and then trying to express why you're upset in a calmer way.
