Marked perineal deficiency

Hi I just wondered if anyone would know what is meant by marked perineal deficiency? I’m due to have a prolapse posterior repair and in the letter that was mentioned I had forceps with the delivery of my son just wondered if it had anything to do with that

I had a prolapse repair 10 weeks ago. I had “marked perineal descent” so had that repaired at the same time. Still have some stitches but overall not as painful as I was expecting!
