Weird discharge

I've heard birth control can cause thicker discharge, the past few days it's been feeling sore like a yeast infection, I'm not sexually active but then I felt like I got my period or peed and had bubbly discharge that's very thick and liquidity...

Is this BV? I've been having pelvic pain the past few days and pain in my abdomen.

Best to talk maybe to a GP about this. Not always an infection but be good to talk to pro. I had this and bulky uterus/cervical erosion so had cervical cautery in my 20s. Hope you get answers
