First of all,I am 59 years old and last year I started in June weighing 109 kilos and today I am 76 kilos.I started walking for an hour each day,then I made sure to eat every 3 hours a little.Breakfast a protein source,a fruit or two even and carbs also.Do eat some fat,a pat of butter is ok.Google it up to see what is a protein,what is a carb and what is a fat?Eat about 400 calories at every meal then every snack no more than 100 calories or so.Eat protein,carbs and fat every meal and you will lose weight.Do not eat anything after 7 pm though I brush my teeth then so I am not tempted.
