i am with 95 kg weight, 167 cm height and my age is 37 years. i want to reduce 20 kg weight within 3 month. i can do anything.. but, will not be able to join swimming class/ gym. please suggest me how to do from home ?

First things first. Watch your carbs. Eat more protein. Depending on the weather where u r do more walking. Do planks to make your abs stronger. Drink protein drinks one for breakfast and one for lunch. Watch your fat content. Obesity leaves two diabetes and thyroid disease
-Add lemon and honey to luke warm water nd drink evryday
-eat curd without sugar
-eat fruits like papaya,apple,orange
-drink green tea twice a day with or without honey
-Eat eggs,fish,boiled or raw cabbage 1 bowl everyday
-do bicycle crunches,or simple crunches,jogging,running
-have light dinner nd don't drink water immediately after eating wait for 15 min den drink water
-and drink a lot of water every day 8 glasses at least a day
